PRIVACY
What we store
When you create an account: your name, email, a hashed password (never the password itself), your home country, and a session token on your device. When you use the app: your drop-ins, NRVZ balance history, quests, airdrops and gifts. When you back a country on the site: your name, email, home country, training interest and experience.
What we do not store
No payment card details. Payments are not switched on yet; top-ups in test mode are simulated.
Who sees what
Other members see your display name and XP on the rankings, and your name when you send or receive a gift. A gym's staff see your name, the tier and whether a quest applies when they scan your code. NRVZ staff can see account data to run the service. We do not sell your data.
Where it lives
In a Supabase database (United States, us-east-2) behind a Netlify-hosted site. Your session token is kept in your browser's local storage.
Your controls
You can change your password, sign out of every device, and delete your account yourself from your profile. Deleting removes your account, balances, tickets, quests and gifts. Country back-ups you made on the site are kept as anonymous interest counts only if you ask us; contact us to remove them.
