Draft pilot terms. They need a lawyer's review before launch, including how NRVZ is treated in Kuwait.

Pilot

NRVZ is in a pilot. While test mode is on, top-ups are simulated, nothing you hold has cash value, and balances can be reset.

NRVZ and points

NRVZ is an in-app unit for training experiences, not money and not a deposit. It cannot be cashed out or transferred except through gifts. Bundled days expire at the end of the quarter, never less than 30 days after purchase; unused days become points. Points do not expire while your account is active.

Gifts

Gifts are held until claimed and returned to you after 14 days. Gifted days keep their original expiry and cannot be gifted again. Received points cannot be re-gifted. Earned and airdropped points can be gifted 7 days after they are issued, up to 1,000 points in any 30 days.

Gyms

A drop-in ticket is valid for 15 minutes after you create it and for one entry. Gyms set their own rules and may refuse entry. If a ticket is not scanned in time, you are refunded as points. Rankings use XP, which is earned by training and is never spent.

Fair use

Do not share, sell or farm tickets, gifts or airdrops, and do not create accounts to gain airdrops. We can remove balances and accounts that break these rules.

Changes

We may change prices, tiers, airdrops and these terms as the pilot develops, and will say so in the app.
